This Shamanic retreat includes a climb of Y Garn Mountain in the Ogwyn Valley, Betws-Y-Coed Wales. You will be guided and support by Mountain Girl Anna Humphries. Anna is a qualified mountaineering instructor and aside from her own thriving business @mountaingirluk she works with the reknown Bear Grylls on his expeditions so we are in very safe hands for the climb 🧗 

The whole retreat is a Shamanic experience of your soul connecting with the mountain and all that nature has to offer us in order to have the best shamanic journey for your highest good and healing.

This will be guided and supported by @suephillipssoulhealer. Sue has been a Spiritual soul healer, for over 29 years her 37 years of MH nursing experience ensures that your soul experience will be held in a safe container by her for the weekend.

-We will all meet at Betws Y Coed for 10am on Sat 9th October 2021 where we will begin this amazing experience. 

-Food will be provided ie lunch and evening meal on the first day and breakfast on the second day. 

-We’ll end the climb and make our way to a nearby cafe where you can eat and get a drink on Sunday at approx 14.30.

-We will be sleeping in tents, provided for you, an itinerary of what you need to bring will be provided ie clothing etc 

-You will participate in Shamanic journeys and ceremony for healing, enabling and processing.
