   - Full Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of booking.
   - 50% Refund: Cancellations up to 1 month prior to the event.
   - 25% Refund: Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event.
   - No Refund: Cancellations within 14 days of the event.

4. **International Trips:**
   - Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents and complying with all travel regulations.

5. **Bespoke Activities and Survival Experiences:**
   - Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Mountain Girl during bespoke activities and survival experiences.

6. **Liability and Waiver:**
   - Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mountain days, survival experiences, and bespoke activities. The Mountain Girl is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. All participants are required to complete a waiver form prior to attending any of The Mountain Girl events.

7. **Standard Policy Information:**
   - The Mountain Girl reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   - Events may be postponed or rescheduled at the discretion of The Mountain Girl.

8. **Refund Processing:**
   - Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, using the original payment method.

9. **Communication:**
   - Participants are responsible for regularly checking communication channels (email, website, etc.) for updates and important information regarding the event.

10. **Acceptance of Terms:**
